LEVEL: A New Era of eCommerce, Delivered in Under a Year

When LEVEL began its transition to a new PSS, it created a unique opportunity to redesign its digital channel from the ground up. In that context, they turned to Airplane Solutions to lead the development of its new eCommerce platform. The decision was based on a long-standing relationship of trust, built through previous collaborations across multiple technological initiatives — and the confidence that our solutions could integrate seamlessly with other components of our offering, such as Air Pricing and Air Ancillaries.
Our eCommerce platform is 100% cloud-native, designed from day one for scalability, integration, and rapid evolution. It is also fully modular: each core component of the eCommerce experience — from the homepage and booking engine to manage-my-booking, check-in flows, and personalization modules — can be deployed independently, giving airlines the freedom to build at their own pace. In LEVEL’s case, the airline chose to adopt the full Air Commerce suite, ensuring a consistent and fully integrated customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
In this project, those strengths were clearly demonstrated: we successfully delivered the new digital channel in under 12 months, with full alignment to LEVEL’s brand and user experience goals.
The platform’s resilience was also tested during key commercial moments. During LEVEL’s 8th anniversary campaign, the system automatically scaled 26 times its normal capacity — in under ten minutes. A powerful testament to the robustness and flexibility of our architecture.
Today, LEVEL’s eCommerce platform reflects not only a new technological foundation, but a renewed digital experience — modern, dynamic, and fully aligned with the airline’s vision. And for us, it’s an honor to have played a part in making it happen.
